ARTS FIRST Updates!

ARTS FIRST 2024 continues through Sunday, April 28. All are welcome. Dozens of festival events are taking place in venues across campus that remain open to the public. Visit art exhibitions, attend theater productions, music concerts, open dance rehearsals and more in performances across campus, or tune in to remote livestreams

On Saturday, April 27, the ARTS FIRST Performance Fair continues with 100+ events. View a map of new locations for the Yard Stage and Sever Quad Stage. Inside Harvard Yard, in-person access to stages in Holden Chapel and Memorial Church are open to Harvard University ID holders only. Public audiences can livestream performances in Holden Chapel. Check this webpage for updates on a livestream of Memorial Church Main Sanctuary performances. 

Public art installations remain on view through Sunday, April 28. View the map of location changes to find Chashitsu and Oyster Floats: Camera Obscuras for a Floating City in locations open to the public.

Each ARTS FIRST Festival is a unique annual celebration of the Harvard community's artistic creativity. We invite you to join us for April 24-28, 2024! We look forward to welcoming you as we showcase the creativity of the Harvard arts community through performances, art exhibitions and art-making activities.

ARTS FIRST is Harvard's annual showcase of student, faculty, and Harvard affiliate creativity. Produced by the Office for the Arts, with support from the Board of Overseers of Harvard University, the festival is a public event with many free performances and activities for Harvard and community members of all ages.
