History and Literature courses are open to all Harvard undergraduates and taught by members of our [Tutorial Board](https://histlit.fas.harvard.edu/tutorial-board-0) and [Committee on Degrees](https://histlit.fas.harvard.edu/committee-degrees-0). HL90 Seminars, HL93 Research Seminars, and HL10 Lectures will count for concentration credit regardless of a concentrator’s field of study within History & Literature, and they can also be used to satisfy distribution requirements within a given field. Humanities 7 will satisfy the Sophomore Tutorial requirement in History & Literature.
