I am a lecturer in the History and Literature program and also serve as the Associate Dean of Students in the Dean of Students Office for Harvard College. I graduated from History and Literature (America) as a student at Harvard College and received my Ph.D. in American Studies from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Harvard in 2009. My dissertation focused on settlement house workers in Boston during the Progressive Era. I have taught in History and Literature since 2005, and my academic interests include women's history, 19th and early 20th century American history and the history of religious movements in the United States.
