**Thesis Title:** "*Sin entregar la lengua*": Censorship and the Construction of Narrative in the *Caso Padilla*

**What Now:** Associate, WilmerHale

In Hist & Lit, I learned to research, analyze, write, and defend. It turns out those are foundational skills for litigators, too. I struggled in my sophomore tutorial when my first response papers were returned with more redlining than text. Now I'm grateful for the criticism, since drafting is integral to brief writing. Defending my arguments in tutorial trained me for law school, too. I worked for two years after college at a civil legal services organization and at the MA Attorney General's Office before deciding to study law.
